American Express Platinum Lounge in New Delhi

Luxurious airport lounge The American express lounge in Delhi's T3 Will make you feel like royalty.I use this lounge sometime at T3 Departure...My experience has always neen good. Yeterday morning was no different..I was extremely well served by 2 very busy hostesses...Muskan & Varsha,..both excellent & very efficient. Though it is very small lounge...the quality of food on dispaly was nice.. I was served very delicious Idlis by the crew. Chef Vishal made very yummy preparations. Another host Deepak was nice too...So a short visit ..but I can only say ..Quality Of service , meals & ambience ..all was top class. Keep it up . Cheers :)

The place is good! As it is the only feasible dine in option with decent variety and exceptional taste! I'll recommend poule saute Maryland - ironically the place is named American express lounge but the dish had a nice hint of Indian herbs inspite of being a French originality

Hygiene is maintained although menu is fix every time I visit there but food quality is good

Nothing beats this .. relaxing environment .. great for spending time while waiting for ur flight

You can use with just 2 rupe if you have amex card. The great ambience to wait aircraft.

Best placed lounge at the Airport. Dont have to climb up or go to different levels to access lounge.

Nice experience before taking a flight from T3 Delhi, some good quality food is served here with a smile, also you can spend time here in case if you have time differential in your connecting flights

Excellent service. Tasty food. Variety of choices in menu can be improved. Space available is less but whatever is available is well setup and comfortable.

Great hospitality always. I have never had a lot of time to relax there but I like the location and always stop to have some fish and chips and a beverage before my flight. 😋

Decent place, unlike other crowded lounges, ala-carte menu adds to the pampering. Good snacks/food and it is served to our couch. Amazing service exclusively for AMEX Card holders...

Used it for the first time and my impression was that it is shabby, the juices in the refrigerators were not restocked, empty juice packs in the refrigerator, all the bartenders just vanished leaving the desk lady alone to do the work. Food selection was poor, only bread cakes and fruits on display and availability of other cooked meals is non existent... If u just want to sit then also the tables were dirty. Sad

Yo boy! This is amazing place to wait for the flight. Amazing cuisine, healthy and delicious. Keeps the flag high all the time. It's really good like the card.

Nice place, good food courteous staff but it would become better if they had a little more space.All in all, great place to use because you're right next to the gates.

Decent place, however gets a little too crowded during peak hours. Food options are decent, may be additional finger food can be added

I chose to give 3 stars for its location which is at boarding gates location, probably meant for quick business travellers and not easily located if you are spending time at shopping area at airport. Its not a very big lounge so dont plan to go here if you want to stretch your leg for quick nap. However I loved the breakfast served which was tastiest. 5 star for the hospitality of staff and cook.

Very good lounge near starting point for domestic gates. The food options on display are very limited but they give menu card to choose and order. Good food and friendly staff. This lounge is not much crowded and sitting arrangements are very comfortable 👍

Won't say it to be as ultimate. It is small but less frequented also which is good. Serves you dishes as per your choice. Would rate Premium Plaza as better

Nice & cozy lounge for AMEX card holders. Very comprehensive menu items. Better than the Plaza premium lounges at IGI airport.AMEX card holders should definitely consume there complementary lounge access.

Amazing place. I never thought the kind of food menu and drinks available, they were simply amazing. Hats off to AMEX team. Food was amazing. Very beautifully designed lounge.

Lounge is so nice but the entry is limited to only the people who have american express - AmEx card and that too if you have a gold card you will have extra privileges but not in silver cards.. However visitng and sitting here in this lounge is actually a wonderful experience as the refreshments they serve is really enough for one who is travelling

Being exclusive always makes u feel special and American Express knows how to make you feel exclusive. The lounge is not crowded, is quite warm and I love going there whenever I am travelling

The lounge is well placed and has an pleasant ambience. Food wise has a small menu but good options for vegetarians .The staff is very friendly and helpful.I would highly recommend waiting here before you catch your flight.Has free wifi .

The lounge is good compared to other lounges, the lounge isn't always full and quiet with friendly helpful staff always ready to help. the food variety could be improved. Other than that the lounge is very good.

Few variety dishes. Name is American express lounge, but not accepting amex cards. Accepting visa rupay and master cards.

Good ambience , Premium feeling , variety of eating options on Ala Carter. Beers and wine. You will feel the difference from any normal Lounge.

It's amazing how rundown this lounge has become even more surprising is American Express calls this an exclusive lounge for the more premier cards. On a scale of 1 to 5 I'd rate it a minus 4. They served stale food, and the chicken Tostada looked like a leftover from the previous traveler.

They have an extensive menu to choose from which is very good to choose from. However that is the only positive thing about the place. It's very small and cramped with all the seats always occupied. Food is strictly ok, but service is quite good.

Cozy and well maintained lounge. Though it is not as big as other lounges at Delhi International Airport, it offers a great conform to people who are planning to travel long journey ahead. I liked the ambience, cleanliness of washrooms and other facilities of the Lounge.

The lounge isn't good at all. It would be an aberration to call it a lounge even. Just a couple of dry snacks which had no flavour and stupid drinks and some fruits. When AMEX charges so much for the lounge or even actively advertises it's lounges on the card programs, then can't we expect better facilities! Anyway pretty easy to reach is the only advantage of this place.

awesome place to visit... if you are visiting for the first time have time in hand as exploring the T-3 of the Indira Gandhi International airport is fun and especially when travelling alone. One can never get bored while waiting for the gates to open for final boarding.

Good collection of books to buy on the go. Would recommend this shop for anyone who is trying to spend some time shopping and going through some good titles. The store offers other things to buy too which is good.
